Objective and yet opportunity-oriented testing
Date: 18th June 2024Time: 10:00 am – 12:00 pmLocation: Zoom
The educational biographies of students in Germany continue to be influenced by diversity dimensions (gender, physical and mental health, origin, age, social status, etc.). It is clear that society and the education sector are not yet sufficiently successful in providing equal educational opportunities in all areas of learning. However, the role of education is to enable all pupils to reach their full potential. To make this possible, didactic frameworks are needed that also consider diversity as a cross-cutting issue in the examination situation. This interactive lecture aims to raise students' awareness of discrimination in examinations and to show examiners how to deal with it constructively.
Specific content:
- Creating diversity appropriate learning objectives
- Considering compensation for disadvantage
If you would like to acquire 5 AE in area C (Examination) for the Certificate for Teaching in Higher Education of the Bavarian Universities, you will complete a small task after the workshop in consultation with the lecturer.
