Female success stories in science: This is what FAUmentoring ARIADNEtechnat aims at.

PhD candidates, PostDocs and Junior Professors who want to give a boost to their scientific career are invited to apply for the 25/27 group.

The program period is from July 2025 to January 2027.

ARIADNE mentoring provides guidance concerning interdisciplinary topics: career planning, building networks, work-life balance, assertiveness as a female scientist and all topics of interest for the mentees.

  • The core element is one-to-one mentoring by experienced FAU scientists,
  • accompanied by a workshop program tailored to the needs of female scientists (in english language),
  • and peer networking within the group of mentees.
